Fancy living in a Sydney spaceship?
It’s known as the Star Trek house, partly thanks to its stunning, futuristic design.
But inside its large home cinema is a mural that replicates a photo of the galaxy from the Hubble Space Telescope.
And, to add an extra space element, the two-storey, six-bedroom, six-bathroom house can’t be seen from the road – only from the air. But we’ll get back to that.
This futuristic property sits on about 2ha at Elanora Heights, 27km north east of Sydney’s CBD.
No art hangs on its walls; instead the massive windows frame views of the Garigal National Park and the Pacific Ocean.
Anthony Walls from Max Walls International describes the luxury, space-inspired house as iconic.
Walls says the owner, a property developer, used to take his wife for picnics at the site and “he said he would buy it and build their dream home there”.
