Property Wizards’ director Trevor Dunkley has won buyer’s agent of the year at the state finals of the 2007 Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) National Awards for Excellence.

Now in their third year, the awards salute Australia's real estate leaders and celebrate their achievements at a national level.

President Graham Joyce presented Mr Dunkley with the award at a dinner held at the Perth Convention Centre on Tuesday night.

Mr Dunkley said he was honoured to be recognised by the state’s peak industry body.

“It’s very rewarding to be acknowledged for the work we’re doing at Property Wizards,” he said.

“We believe our recipe for success is that we are solely focused on helping our clients uncover and buy outstanding properties that help them fast-track their wealth-creation.

“It’s also extremely fulfilling to see that increasing numbers of time-poor professionals and investors are recognising the benefits of having a representative on their side to do the hard yards for them and track down the best properties to suit their needs and budget.”

Mr Dunkley will now represent Western Australia in the Real Estate Institute of Australia national awards in April 2008.
