Viewing and evaluation: We view properties and
assess them against the comprehensive checklist developed for
you. But we're always looking "outside the square".
Present: If required we prepare a written report
with photographs and/or arrange for you to view the property.
We also conduct a thorough due diligence.

Co-ordinate: We arrange support services such
