The Add Value Service is for you if want to increase your potential return by adding value such as developing, renovating, subdividing and you need experts to find you the best property using professional research, assessment and negotiation skills
 
Here's an outline of the tasks we perform for you...
 

Initial consultation: We develop a clear picture of the project you're looking for and what you can expect for your budget.

Strategy: We ensure success by developing a search strategy, which is firmly based on suburb analysis, market know-how and our extensive database of density zonings and future plans.

Search: We cover all possible sources using technology, independence and industry network. And we often get access to properties before they're advertised

Market research: We constantly review market activity and use our online access to sales histories and market statistics and research

Select: We eliminate the average properties and select the best available candidates to review

Viewing and evaluation: We view properties and assess them against the comprehensive checklist developed for you. But we're always looking "outside the square".

Present: If required we prepare a written report with photographs and/or arrange for you to view the property. We also conduct a thorough due diligence.

Negotiate: A skilled negotiator can save you thousands! As Buyer's Advocates, we are in the best position to negotiate the lowest possible price for you and the best terms

Co-ordinate: We arrange support services such as building and pest inspections and liaise with your settlement agent.

Pre-settlement: We conduct the pre-settlement inspection on your behalf.


Our fees for the Add Value Service are as follows:

  • An activation fee payable on registration, and
  • A success fee payable on settlement (or within 35 days, if settlement is delayed)
